Diamond cutting and drilling

Diamond techniques are a way of performing work using tools with diamond elements. Diamond is the hardest known substance found on Earth, so its parameters are ideal for construction work that requires precision.

Diamond tools (discs, wires, drills) make very accurate cuts in all kinds of construction materials. The possible application of this technology to materials such as concrete, reinforced concrete, asphalt or masonry structures allows for a wide range of work.

We carry out any and all construction work in which it is necessary to use diamond techniques. We use saws with diamond discs or diamond wires and diamond core bits. We have wall saws, floor saws and handheld cutters.

Diamond cutting

We perform cutting of holes of any shape in walls, floor slabs and other structural elements.

We implement the following types of cuts:

  • up to a thickness of 730 mm, single-sided, using wall saws (cutting concrete, reinforced concrete, brick walls and structures made of ceramic materials, etc.).
  • up to a thickness of 500 mm using floor saws (cutting floorings, asphalt, floor slabs, road slabs)
  • up to a thickness of 120 mm, single-sided, using handheld cutters (cutting and widening of door and window openings, cutting furrows, etc.).
  • unlimited thicknesses using wire saws

Diamond drilling

Using diamond techniques, we drill holes with diameters from 10 mm to 1,200 mm vertically and horizontally, at any angle and at any height. Holes are made to any depth in concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, stone and other construction materials in a dust-free manner.

The smooth surface of an opening made with diamond technology allows it to be easily sealed later. Therefore, this method is used to make penetrations in interior partitions that require subsequent sealing.

Advantages of using diamond methods

Drilling and cutting in concrete using diamond techniques is fast, precise and dust-free. Drills equipped with diamond core bits will easily go through reinforced concrete, stone, brick and other construction materials. Diamond technology makes it possible to drill at any angle, and the resulting holes have conforming edges - even and requiring no additional work.

What are the benefits of using diamond techniques? This mainly includes:

  • stability of the structure, due to the absence of vibrations
  • precise workmanship - smooth surfaces, even edges
  • work safety due to low noise and low dusting (in the case of wet cutting)
  • wide application due to the possibility of making a variety of diameters and shapes of holes and depth of cut, cutting at any angle, in all kinds of building materials

Possible use of diamond techniques:

  • process holes used for plumbing and ventilation
  • penetrations in external partitions
  • dismantling, deconstruction and demolition works
  • cutting openings for windows and doors
  • cutting floorings, floor slabs, beams, foundations

Types of diamond equipment used:

  • diamond wire saw - allows for a wide range of cutting applications in all construction materials of all thicknesses, including those heavily reinforced. The work carried out with diamond wire is characterized by very high precision
  • diamond saws (wall or floor saws) are usually used for cutting walls, floorings, floor slabs and window and door openings
